Patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior can be passed to us by our ancestors. Sometimes we can find ourselves thinking, feeling, saying, or doing things that don't make sense for our life experiences, and yet we do them anyway.  ​To me, one of the tell-tale signs of needing Ancestral Healing is when you feel like you are running into a glass wall. You can see the way you want to react, feel, and live through the glass but you just can't get there! What in the world is stopping you? It makes no sense. This feeling usually means there is an Ancestral pattern that needs awareness, forgiveness, and love to release and move forward in the way you know is possible for you! Healing for yourself and for your ancestors happens on the same path. Like a literal family tree. The health of the whole requires the health of all the parts. I am keenly aware and tuned into stories, patterns, and programming that produce dis-ease in the mind and body. As you speak about your situation I can hear the dissonance and feel the vibrations that are out of tune with your Soul’s Blueprint for this lifetime.  We will seek out the origin of that dissonance. It usually shows up as personal or ancestral trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, loose ends, and painful memories that are calling for attention and love.  We will invite any ancestors involved to be seen and heard so that their patterns may be lovingly resolved.   We will untie any ‘knots’ in what should be ‘straight’ so the resonance and vibration may be Harmonious and Joyful again! This will translate to peace in that particular area for you, your ancestors, and your posterity as well. Others on your family tree may find that those patterns/issues wither and are easier to identify and pluck out of their consciousness too.
